Schedule: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday 8:30a-5p, Thursday 10:30a-7p
- Manages hiring and termination procedures to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Establishes staffing patterns in alignment with physician schedules.
- Assists in the preparation and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.
- Develops and implements performance improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction, and positive outcomes.
- Oversees administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Manages clinic resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborates with clinical staff to optimize patient care and improve workflow processes.
- Addresses operational challenges and implements strategies for continuous improvement.
- Monitors clinic performance and patient flow to maintain high service quality.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency.
- Trains, coaches, and evaluates clinic staff to ensure high performance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience:
- 1+ years of related experience [Required]
- Medical office lead experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:
