Full-Time Faculty, MBA Program Director

Walla Walla University's School of Business invites applications for a full-time position as faculty and director of the MBA Program. The director reports to the dean of the School of Business and is responsible for coordinating student support and success from application through degree completion; providing leadership for MBA recruitment, outreach, and marketing, including developing relationships with employers and other external partners; coordinating program administration; and working collaboratively with School and University leadership on curriculum development, program assessment, and continuous improvement. As a member of the School faculty, the director will participate in School-wide activities, engage in scholarship and professional development, and teach primarily online graduate-level business courses.

Qualifications

• An earned doctorate from an accredited program in business or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a relevant master's or other advanced degree and substantial professional leadership experience will also be considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with students, faculty, university colleagues, employers, and other external partners.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching, preferably in online or graduate-level environments.
• A commitment to ongoing scholarly engagement and professional growth.
• Additional experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: graduate or professional program administration; student, employee, or client support and success; student recruitment and outreach; employer and external relationship building; curriculum development and program assessment.
